http://www.vgr-fr.com/Super-Mario-Bros-Lost-Levels-jeu-j644.html

This game does not exist on NES. It was released in Super Mario Bros. All-Stars in SNES under that name.
The original name is Super Mario 2 and only got released in Japan for NES.
I guess everyone posted scores from Super Mario. Bros. All-Stars, why is it added seperate?
It's just a cardridge with 3 NES games.

The game is also released on Virtual Console.

What you should know is if there's a difference between the All-Stars or the orginal.

What i meant is that no game with the name \"Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels\" exists for NES. I know that it got that name later since Europe/USA got another random game sold as Super Mario Bros. 2.

I checked and the max scores are bit different lol (999,950 and 999,990 in SMB).
But Super Mario All-Stars and Super Mario All-Stars - 25th Anniversary Edition are exactly the same.

The game was release not on true \"NES\" (USA/Europe) but on \"Famicom Disk System\" (JAPAN ONLY) and on GBA only in Japan in the \"NES CLASSICS\" series.

Famicom Disk System, GBA, Virtual Console have Lost Levels + SMBDX and the 2 all stars (for SMBDX and all stars the charts is already on this game so player must post on this version and not on \"NES\" version)

The point is that the name of the game is Super Mario Bros. 2.
Under the name Super Mario Bros. The Lost Levels it only got released on Wii (and the compilations).
So you either change the platform to Wii or change the name to Super Mario Bros. 2 (Japan) /  Super Mario Bros. the Lost Levels.

Oh okay.

In \"French\" version of VGR the name is \"Super Mario Bros : Lost Levels\" and you it's Super Mario Bros 2 ?

This game was released as Super Mario Bros. 2 in Japan on the Famicom. People thought it is too hard for the western market. So for USA and Europe they took a game called Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic and put the Mario character into it and called it Super Mario Bros. 2. This game is called Super Mario Bros. USA in Japan.
Later in Super Mario Bros. All-Stars on SNES, the \"real\" Super Mario Bros. 2 got introduced as Super Mario Bros. The Lost Level.

But, the name \"the lost levels\" is only for the SNES compilation. So I suggest this game must be named \"Super Mario Bros 2 (JPN)\"
