This and this needs to be able to use decimals.
This needs to be in the time format (xx:xx-)
All of these need to be able to have decimals as well as these.

I think you should also put the speed records (Speed Traps, Speed Zone, and Stats-Top Speed) in kmh units, rather than mph, because:
- meter is the unit used by the International System
- kmh is more precise than mph, and avoid max tied records in VGR (100 mph = 161 kmh)
- kmh are available in the menu, shown by the Succubus proof
- Richie's proof don't show the units, but there is written km on the lower left side corner, so if it's the International System used, then maybe it is finally 318 kmh (so 198 mph in reality), maybe a cheat here...
This proof will be deleted after, sorry.

I don't know why the adders didn't see this, and didn't ask to Richie if kmh where possible in this game.

Sorry, but I saw your short video, and there is nowhere the letters mph written.
Don't worry, but you seems not understand (again) what makes a record legit in VGR: every detail, useful to identify a specific record (it can be the type of car, track used, type of character, special weapon or bonus, weather, difficulty, options, …), should be written on the screen.
And you need to send, most of the time, a full screen picture.
If it is not visible, or not written in one unique screen, then a video proof is required.
Please read the rules again, or be more smart when there is different ways to proove a record.

So, please, you can send a proof picture from the main menu (as Succubus done in this game), where you change the settings to kmh, and where there should be shown around 509-512 kmh in your case.
