[OK] Gears of War 3

I had a discussion with niconoe about adding this a while back and he said it was okay. All records are single player, non-leaderboard records. Single player records are easy to prove(they only have 1 player on the scoresheet) and the leaderboard records are cumulative and impossible to prove if they are single player, which is why they cannot be allowed.

Most Kills and Most Cash Earned aren’t really affected by the level, whereas Best Time is
