PC, PS4 and Xbox One are missing as platform for this game, but I remember there being some things added to this version compared to the older one on PS3 and 360.
-new weapons
-new animations
-new vehicles
-1st person mode
And maybe more that could affect the gameplay and competition. So I think we should make a new game and add PC, PS4 and Xbox One as platform.

I'm not too fan to add the pc PS4 and one. you have to be sure that there is no difference. we still have not finished separating the GTA4
