I think Koopa Beach 2 is the hardest of them all to do. Even I struggle with that one, and so did ryou when he set his WR (which is still relatively weak; it was played safe). I'll go on the VBA emulator and record where you need to hit. RGV3 is a very hard strat to do, and often leaves me infuriated (hence I still haven't beaten my 2-year-old PR), but there is a much easier strat that I can show you. To get the first lapskip, all you have to do is AB spin into the left side, then cross the finish line.
Easy GV3 strat: http://wrvids.com/Mario%20Kart/MKSC/Fastest%20Available%20Vids/Ticking-Shortcut-Lapskip/gv3sc-lapskip-2640-Unknown%28Japanese%29.mpg
It's a long link, but it should autoplay when you copy it in. If it doesn't, just find the video here: http://wrvids.com/Mario%20Kart/MKSC/Fastest%20Available%20Vids/Ticking-Shortcut-Lapskip/
All but maybe 1 of these records have since been beaten but the site hasn't been updated in years.
For Cheep-Cheep Island, I used an extremely hard and risky strat because I wanted to use the optimal shroom strat, but there is a much easier method to use if you just want to set a PR.
To get a grasp of the glitches, there are 2 videos that really helped me understand the mechanics of MKSC.

Yeah if you're new to the scene it's hard at first, but it gets easier over time.
I'm still trying to so the 0'00"18 RKB2 flap strat, but it seems downright impossible. I even experimented on the emulator to see if there was something I needed to do before attempting it, but nothing has worked. I would ask Mander how he did it, but he doesn't answer people anymore since he was caught cheating.

Probably has never admitted to having emulated or maybe it was false accusations. I have no idea. Do you know at least that the use of an emulator is prohibited on VGR? You're telling me that you are experiencing the emulator. Will you post records emulated then?
Super Mario Kart, luckily I managed 0''00''80 for the best lap on Koopa Beach 2. The glitches have changed a lot since that day I can see on the GBA.

The difference of times isn't great. I remark the same time on Rainbow Road with TAS and without TAS. It see above the pictures more cleared in TAS. I began to doubt. Because I thought you post record made in emulation. This is not the case despite the same time on Rainbow Road.

My Rainbow Road TAS is 0'34"21, but my PR is 0'34"91. The WR there is 0'34"53 by Sebastian Stellmacher.
Some of the times in my Compilation Video #2 were recorded with the Gameboy Player, then I cropped the edge to only get the picture of the game. I quit doing this, however, to avoid any confusion from people thinking it may have been done on an emulator. ^^

I'm sorry. Seeing the message, I thought for a second that you could emulate some records if you say that you experience a weather emulation. I apologize for this mistake. Sometimes I notice things that are obvious to me and I begin to doubt too fast. That was my impression when you said you were in test mode.

No problem; it's better to be safe than sorry.
On a side note:
SNES Bowser Castle 1 1lap: 0'12"05 (WR tie) - Really didn't expect to ever get this WR, seeing as the WR run was so incredibly strong, but after about an hour, with a slightly improved MT strat, I was able to tie it with a mediocre run.

Yeah, maximum scores on games like DDR, GH, RB, etc., are all extremely hard to get (in most cases, harder than a Time Trial WR imo).
The thing with MKSC is that I have been playing since ~July 2010, and in 2011 I devoted nearly 8 hours a day almost every day to the game, and I improved to the top level quickly because of it. I took a break in 2012 because I just didn't have the motivation to play after a year of hard work, but I was absolutely nowhere near my maximum potential. When I came back this year, I've started to use that remaining potential to crush most of the WR's that I was close to when I stopped.
Also, is it alright if I record my GP speedruns live using my Advance Game Port? It is the exact same thing as the GameBoy Player. All you do is plug the GBA cartridge into the slot, which plugs into memory card slot B. You can then play GameBoy games on a TV screen. This would allow me to save many camera batteries, as well as actually have good quality videos of my GP speedruns (I hate uploading pictures; videos are so much more satisfying).

I have not known how do. Is there any special adapters?
It always is satisfactory with videos. But, more long to charge. With images, you're never 100% sure if a player deliberately use an emulator. By cons, if you know the person, there is no problem. See, I'm not able to do what you do with your GBA Super Mario Bros 3. I just did not do the trick. But I can at least offer the competitor on the airships.
SNES Mario Circuit 1 1lap: 0'05"98 (WR tie)
Very hard WR to get. Took me about 5 hours over the course of 2 nights. I can still improve it slightly though; I hate tied WR's because they're essentially unfinished business.
You must be proud to have gotten a WR tie. Few people like you manage to stand up to the Japanese who are generally the best chrono in the Mario Kart series.

Well, the person who had the WR was an Italian (termoPilucco).
It's a pretty strong WR though (had a "09 lead over #2 WW for 4 years until I tied it -- that's a monstrous lead for such a short flap)
Also:
Sunset Wilds 1lap: 0'18"00 (#2 WW)
WR is pretty much out of my reach on this one. An American named Andy Lundeen (the non-SC champion) has 0'17"78. The best I could (maybe) manage is a high 17"8x, but not WR. I'm content with the time though.
This PR also brings me within 19 points of being #1 for MKSC, despite barely having over 80 submissions when T-Man has 350 submissions. xD
edit:
Submitted one of my "bad" PR's (RVL2 5lap; it's #4 WW, but I could easily take WR) and now I'm in 1st by around 3k points. Yay lol.

good job hahaae! Good Luck to reach overhead 300 000 points! Toady, I go to try someones of your trick.
Edit :
Shy Guy Beach:
Best lap : 7.80
Time Trial : 45.93
SNES Mario Circuit 4:
Best lap : 2.63 (4.65 in same run)
Time Trial : 1:18:16
SNES Ghost Valley 3:
Best lap : 0.20 (by lucky)
Time Trial : 1:04:36
Good start for begin. But, enought many time before me.
