I didn't understood very well the question but i will try to explain in what the subs conssist.

Stage: Proceed in the game and the higher stage is better i think the last stage is 7-2
Lives: Collect as many lives as possible (max 254/P4 or something like that) most ammount of lifes win.

For the stage, it's not really a record.

But skill is needed to reach.

Skill or not, we never had best level in a mario game. Do you think we have to add this in all Mario Bros ? I don't think it's a good idea

Not in all, but in this game and Super Mario Bros. The Lost Levels should be cool.
It's up to you staff if want to add or not, it's not by anything that this is just called request.

No, there is no High Score in this game, and also no time in the levels. I do not think it is a good idea of adding this game, beacause there is not any real records in this Game. The number of life we can have is based on luck, we have to press 3 times 'A' button at the end of the level (if we found coins during the level) and the game tell us if we have won or not some lives.

Only way to play this Game for scores is the GBA Version.

The NES Version is a none score Game. Add this Game just because its a Mario Game is simple stupid sry.

I don't think it will be added, I'm almost sure it won't. There is no highscore.

I don't know about the GBA version.

It's just a request but thinking well the life sub is luck based, and the level shall be the main objective of who plays the game..
