[Add] Pokemon Go

On pokemon Go, we miss 2 monsters on each categories, which are: Meltan & Melmetal (same name french/english) Thanks in advance!

On pokemon Go, We should add the other forms of Deoxys because they have different statistics. Deoxys Normal (the one who already put in the records, just to change his title) Deoxys Attack Deoxys Defense Deoxys Speed Thx :smile:

Giratina's forms also have different statistics. So Giratina needs to be split up into: Giratina Altered Giratina Origin All Giratina submitted prior to April 2019 are Giratina Altered.

Giratina alterned in french is "Giratina forme alternative" Giratina origin in french is "Giratina forme originelle"
