I am recommending these based on the following topic: Pokemon Platinum And this video: Proof of Battle Hall Records These are being recommended as one game because the Battle Hall is the same on all three games. I'm sure you will agree that it is easier for you guys to add it like this and not to edit 470 records onto two full games. Unlike Rumble and Rumble blast these are ACTUAL records as the video proves

It might be the Same Battle Hall in both, but they have their own game. HG and SS are as one since they came out together and in the same region. Barely any differences. I am not sure, but I believe that in HG/SS some Pokemon have a new or added ability that could affect the outcome of the Battle Hall. Even if only a little, there is a Difference, If I am Correct. Maybe some investigating to see exactly what changes in Pokemon Move's PP, Base Attack Power, Pokemon Base Stats, Held Items, and other factors that are in HG and SS that are not in Platinum or have been changed from Platinum, should be done before moving on with this request of a Single Game for Battle Hall...

Moves that can only be learned on HG/SS(by Move Tutors) can instantly be transferred over to D/P/Pt or vice-versa. Nothing changes within the Battle Hall at all(Source: The Smogon University)

I was just making sure. thanks. I still think it should be added to both games since they are different regions. they came out on different dates. Again, just my opinion.

Yeh, Dark Eon Master made a good point that I was missing. On HG/SS some Pokémon can learn new moves. Even if those pokémon can be transfered to D/P/Pt, what if a player only have D/P/Pt and not HG/SS?

I'll be honest, trying to add it as a new game for all three was an attempt to get it added to make it easier for the adders. AT the moment they are having more than enough trouble modifying games with a small amount of records and if I asked for it modifying it would 470 records for two games. You guys are right, if you don't have one of the games then the Battle Hall will be different because of the slight differences in moves. Items wouldn't matter because the only item that is non transferrable is the Griseous Orb which is on a banned Pokemon anyway. Can someone change the title to modify and can I please have an adder do something about this?

I take care of it. Records will be on the two games, like NSMB and SM64DS who have in common minigames. I begin with Pokémon Platinum. Edit : Pokémon Platinum : Done Pokémon HG / SS : In progress

Wait... Wouldn't there have to be two new groups? one for Battle Hall Single and the other for Battle Hall Double? both containing all the Pokemon in the game? I don't have Platinum atm to check if both have a record in game.

Thank you Blackshark
nice i love these records maybe i will start my platinum again :D
That's what I'm doing. Currently 330 hours into my game and wanting to complete the pokedex. This will help greatly. Also, you wouldn't believe how many years and attempts it has taken to get these records added even though there has never been anything wrong with them.

Ok. I just checked and the Battle Hall saves the records of all Eligible Pokemon for Both Singles and Doubles. So I think the Record Group BlackShark added to Platinum should be renamed to Battle Hall - Single and a copy of that group should be made but named Battle Hall - Double. Not sure if HG/SS is the same way...
