Btw, do NitorInc. have authorization from Team Shanghai Alice to release a Touhou-based game?

Actually the game isn't finish yet, it's a demo but I thought an in-development game culd be add and after his development we add every categories that aren't added before

Sorry, but you can't propose a demo of a game.
So, you should wait the final version (all the records and levels) of this game to add it, like Okami said.
