First of all, thank you so much for answering me on your Twitch channel. I didn't really understand what you told me since English is not my native language, I'm French. I vaguely understood...
To answer your question, the video proof system is currently down because the site will soon have a new version (V7).
For the moment, we can't prove by video with youtube. This will be possible at the next version normally scheduled for August 2020.

V7 will have an updated layout you'll be able to tell once the update happens by the changes that happen on the site

These are good suggestions. I especially would like to see more types of rankings.
