Doubles - basic is missing.  I also noticed that one song was missing from ddr:max, I have to pop in the game to remember which one.

They're endless modes where you can't choose the setlist and no breaks in between.  If there is a rules section they should put that it

endless mode - one life bar nonstop songs you can't choose the ordersurvival mode - same thing but instead of a life bar you get 4 non-combo
