The current WR is held by Andrew "MrMiyagi" Nguyen, and it was set some time in the early 2000s with no proof. There is also a claim by someone named sliceoflife (either obtained or witnessed) of a 323k. Sh3p is someone I met on a previous channel who has proof on video of a 250k at their parent's house and a high score of 289 and change. Brent Reesha was the original WR holder with 261,897 around 2001, based on how far back N64HS archives go.
