Hello,

I submitted a score and did not format the time correctly.  See my score at the below link.  It should 09.870 seconds.  How do I edit or correct the submitted time?

Hello,

As you sent a proof, you can't update it, so 2 solutions

  • Delete your proof => update your score => upload your proof
  • Wait for validation proof, if the admin see your score does not match the picture he will fic it.

From Dark Eon Master: We currently don't have a way to fix the orientation of a picture, so could you please rotate your picture and resubmit? I can click "refuse" on the proof to allow you to upload a the picture once you have it rotated properly.

A bad orientation of the proof can be a reason for refusing it (in order to avoid to waste time for proof admin, to respect their "work" and some quality process).

A proof rotation proposal was made in May 2021.
The goal was to limit the work of Proof admins, and then report these "errors" and its responsability to the members.

Magicbart said in 2021 it was very hard to develop in the version 7 of the site.
He said in December 2023 that it was technically not makable, so abandoned this option/tool.

But now with version 8 of VGR, magicbart says that this rotation can be developed, good news. 😉
Now we just have to wait that magicbart develop this tool, among other tasks.
So, wait and see...
