Time Trial - Periodic Park/Vindaloo Drive-Thru

I've noticed on my version of the game Periodic Park/Vindaloo Drive-Thru (and I think two more) aren't on the 1-lap or 3-lap time trial modes (I have looked over and over). Do they need unlocking?
