Submarine needs moving to:

Huge Materia Quest - Submarine - Time xx:xx (mm:ss) (+)

The clock ticks down on that one from 10:00, so the sort (+) would be correct

Snowboarding needs moving to:

Icicle Inn - Snowboarding - Time xx:xx (mm:ss) (-)

Neither record needs deleting.

Yes indeed it is often found on games, Just the Submarine Huge Materia Quest, we must go where to do it again?

The problem with the Submarine Quest is that you can only do it through game progression. Luckily, I have numerous saves around that point(I often speed run the game)
