Romario23 and his multiple accounts.

Ramario23, Ronaldo4907, or Grizzly rosse8565. Each of these profile's is violating one or several rules for this site.

You guys have probably seen these new players popping up on Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games posting top-level scores which are all fine and dandy, until you see similarities in the proof images, scores, etc. I am here after having lived through his posting in CyberScore after finding all these out.

1. Romario, the one with a human profile picture, is a 13-year old (?) kid who created these 2 other accounts on tons of different platforms, including CS, acting like different people. He, himself, is breaking the multi-account rule.

2. Grizzly, the blatant emulator scores give it away for this one. It isn't hard to look around to find "her" proofs to be un-official as they are clearly screenshots, specifically, from a phone emulator.

3. Ronaldo4907, even if it seems like this profile is fine as well, it is a mix of both accounts for this one; still, it is as stated on Twitter and youtube as Romario's "Furry" account. (look at this: Link .)

I have come here to open a topic so that Romario23 can discuss. Unless he would want to talk in the discord server, which then, I would bring here if people would like to discuss hereafter as well.

I sent Personal Messages to all of them.
They are invited to answer and explain in details their behaviours here.

I would like to put in my 2 cents then get back to focusing on school.
But, if this isn't new, then he hasn't learned at all from his past mistakes. This is not acceptable. And if you take a look at the other accounts, the profile pictures on the alts look like they were made in the same software. Like Paint or something. This would be more than just a coincidence, since profile pictures here are mostly unique to each player (except gamers that don't have one).
So yes, hearing from him would be best. Question though, would this result in a ban for this person, because then you might have to consider past actions in the result of the appropriate action (ie the Cyberscore incident). Hope for the best in this situation.

For sure, there is here no real argues to defend themselves, and it seems that's the same account, due to the time delay, and the writing style (strange and not constructive).
So, maybe that we (@magicbart) should check their IP adress ?
If there is no more detailed answers here (for multi account and emulator use), then I propose now a ban of these 3 profiles. I remind you all that a period of 4 months can be applied, as a first sanction.

These 3 members have now to explain here, in the next 15 days.

He didn't learn his lessons.
He created new profile with fake scores in CS. I suppose that it could happen the same here.

He veils his face, not wanting to admit that he has used several accounts, emulators etc.
He knows he's grilled on VGR, so he's going to pollute fake scores on other sites like Cyberscore

That is truly scummy, since he knows what is going on with his accounts on this site, and is doing his best to avoid it. Not only that, but he is trying to re-enter the site he was recently barred from.

I think that there should be a ban hammer dropped, since he won't give up on what he is doing. Unless he wants to explain his actions and why, I think that the ban and IP ban even, should be applicable here.

Sorry if I transfer his message here, but that's the only news I had from Romario23, since this topic is opened.

Strange behaviour, for sure.
Even if that's not well told, with bad grammatical construction, we can now delete the Romario23 account in VGR.
I can transfer this to magicbart, but I see it's already done, surprisingly.
I remember you that banned members have still the possibility to answer to accusations, but they need to find strong and detailed argues, which is still not the case here.

Problem fixed.
I will archive this, if nothing more is said in the next (remaining) 13 days.

The records of these 3 members have been deleted.
They are all banned until March, 20th 2021.
We just keep their profile to remember their nicknames and comments, and we noticed this in the Cheater's History (VGR Team internal topic).

You have the possibility to express yourself, but you again missed the opportunity, sadly.

Well, you are not there anymore, since you violated the rules of multiple accounts. And, I know that the score you achieved is genuinely, astronomically impossible. You would have to be frame perfect for all but one move. And its not that easy as "Give me 1st Rank"

I think its time we archived this discussion for good. I think we should strongly consider an IP ban at this point, Zephy. You failed to tell us in the last timeframe, and now it is considerably too late. Far too late.

My records are tough for a reason, because I play fairly and love to compete at a high level. The fact that you "beat it" by 1.600+ points, when the record is held by me, and Cyberscore's highest is 17.952, tells a lot.

Your balance beam record is near impossible, since you would have to be perfectly aligned for the entire event. Near impossible. I think video proof of your record would make me believe you.

All in all, it is up to the chief admins on what should to him. I push for an IP ban.

We found elements showing that Romario1234 is probably the same person who created other accounts (Romario23, Ronaldo4907, and Grizzly Rosse8565), and who are already banned for multiple accounts and emulator use (level 1 ban, for 4 months period).

Due to this repeated offence or recidivism for creating multiple accounts (forbidden, see the VGR Rules), the ban is now extended to level 2, so for a period of 12 months, until November 20th, 2021.
Magicbart will apply this sanction soon.

Romario23, you have to use your first account Romario23 as a unique one, apologize and have a real better behaviour if you hope coming back here after November 20th, 2021.
Because the next step level 3 is a definitive ban, so please think about it, read the Rules again, and make strong efforts for communication, and maybe redemption.

Well, admitting to emulator use is also not allowed, I believe. And I don't think you understand, why this is happening. You broke the rules, we have sufficient evidence, and we asked you to tell us within the time period we allowed you on this forum. The fact that you went silent/private dm'ed Zephyraz, is telling. Like I said, it is near impossible. TAS could definitely do it, obviously, but I was saying how extremely difficult that would be to pull off. I don't think you know, since you are kinda bad at the game. But the 25m Rapid Fire Pistol event is mine for a reason, because I actually tried. I have a livestream for proof too. 149.9/150.0 is near impossible, but hey, I got proof of it in video form. I'll ask one more time, provide video proof to make me believe you.

Why you still talking with him? He got banned for multiple accounts and emulator use. He also harrasment here in this topic. I see no reason to "get him back".

And now he made another Account. Multiple rule breaks and he still thinks he did nothing wrong. IP Ban and ignore this guy forever...

Romario and his 11 multiple accounts is definitively banned since 18th February, 2021.
So it is a permanent ban (level 3, maximum sanction), the first permanent ban that we finally applied.
