Explanation:

The Standart Score are all Points you gained in the Game.

The Dungeon Score is shown after you fought the boss of a dungeon, it contains the Points of Dungeon Rank (I think its decided by the time you need for the dungeon), Item points (the Items you find in treasure chests, so better miss none), Lifepoints and some kind of multiplication for your equipment.
Make shure to take a photo of it. You'll see this kind of scores only one time in the game!
