Video proof

Hi

So I have probably a stupide question but I want to know what can be posted as video proof. Let me explain:

I've posted an high score for dynamite headdy and I have a video proof of the whole playthrough from start to finish wich is ~2H long. I want to know if it is ok to post that kind of proof or if I have to shorten the video to only show the highscore (which would be the same as using a picture imo).
My question basicaly is as long as the info needed is on screen at some point, how long video proofs can be?

There is no general rule for video length, VGR is not hosting any videos, this is done via Twitch or Youtube links. It's mostly to see if you're not using any savestates or anything like that so for a game like Dynamite Headdy it would be better if we can see the whole run.

Some games have differents rules that you can access by clicking Rules ⚠ on the game's page but I see for this one if you're playing on Megadrive/Genesis Mini:  

Also it's nice to have more video proofs as it's a better guaranty of fair competition, but it does takes some time to check so don't panic if it takes some times (since I will have 2 hours video(s) to check).
