Nice Spreadsheet. 
I was thinking about Pokémon GO records possible, but I don't know if Highest CP of a Pokémon can be a record like the Highest Pokémon Power in the Pokémon Rumble Games.
Even though I got the game (Pokémon GO) over 2 weeks before you did, I am so far behind you.
Just reached Level 11 today.
haha Well, I enjoy the game, even if I am limited a bit.
I don't know If I will be able to "Catch them all" before they release the 2nd Generation of Pokémon.
My Current PokéDex Numbers:
Caught: 42 Seen: 51

Reasons:
-No PokéStops within Miles that are accessible from Home.
-My Car has been in the Shop for repairs (and Still is) since before Pokémon GO Released.
-When in Passengers Side of a car while going to work, They always drive mainly on Interstate Roads (No PokéStops nor Easy Pokemon)
-Even though I work in Home Remodeling (Which means I don't always work at the same houses), I get the bad luck of always working in a house that has no PokéStop near it (Meanwhile some friends that I don't visit live in a house Right next to a PokéStop).
-I have never Officially Trained or Fought at a Gym...
