[Fix & Add] F1 22

Hello, here are some stuff to fix and add for the game F1 22:

• Add for all groups the circuit "China"
• Change the chart name "Time Trial F1 2021" with "Time Trial F1 2022"
• Change the name of the game in "F1 22"
• Change the format of all the groups in "XX:XX,XXX"
• Add the 2 groups of F2 Cars: "F2 2021" and "F2 2022"

It seems that: 

• The name is already "F1 22"
• There's Time Trial F1 2021 and Time Trial F1 2022 for both Wet & Dry tracks

Does the 2 groups works like this? 

Time Trial F2 2021 - Dry
Time Trial F2 2021 - Wet
Time Trial F2 2022 - Dry
Time Trial F2 2022 - Wet
 

Does these F2 tracks have China circuit?

I'll update the game when I'll have more infos.

Reminder (TO DO) : 

• Add China
• Change format of groups
