Sheel climb and Midas River come during game automatically. Sheel Climb is at Land's End.
Beetle Game, you must go to some town (I'm sorry, don't remember which town it was), go inside to one house, there is Toad playing Game Boy, he sell his GB with 500 coins if I remember right.
Goomba Thumps is at Pipe Fault. You must go inside to one pipe, it's there...
Max jumps, you must have super jump attack. Go to any battle and use this attack many times as possible. Best result can be seen at Monstro Town.
