Hi ^^
Maybe one idea to make \"good games\" more interesting.
We could fix targets for some charts and each member that hits all targets for a game, gets a little frame around the game in his list.
Some games already have targets like \"com-scores\" to beat, or ingame-medals like Geometry Wars Galaxies, so there we can take those targets. For other games, we just fix similar/ comparable targets that show a nice challenge for the game.
So: Even if this sounds like a lot of work to discuss those targets, it would be worth it.
Result: Players would fight on a good level then. They would be rewarded for good results, no matter which positions, as long as the score is good.
People would (maybe) post all scores for a game then to get the little frame for beating all targets.. And it would as well make members turn away from first-try-scores, as they want to hit the targets then before posting a score.

I think that's a great idea, but i think we can make those targets only for bigger Games, because otherwise it would be to much work.
For games like Mario Party and Mario Kart we could take the Games-Designer Records.
But who fixes those targets for other games, the mods or all members?

I like the idea, but it's hard to fix those traget.
Maybe it could be when you have a score in each chart of the game and are in the upper 33% of each charts. Like being top 10 in each charts if there is 30 players.
Would also encourage people to post on all charts.

That's a good idea, Trindel. So: Being in the first 33% is always the target for the little frame?
Like: When a game has 3 scores, it's only the first player that gets it. When the game has 9 scores, it's the first three, and so on :)
