Remy and the M&S London Olympics

Okay, hear me out: I believe that Remy is submitting illegitimate records onto the game.
Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games for the Nintendo 3DS is a fantastic game that should be about how fast you can react to try and make world records. Kind of like the real-life olympians, who get one shot and can't have redos, or pause during it. This is where we get into the accusation.
I believe Remy is using pause bufferring to give himself an advantage over other players who dont use it. This technique would be understandable if maybe you did it once or twice, but the proof I am about to lay out, shows him doing it 20+ times. I also am of the belief that now, the proof system has been exploited for this game, so now, proofs should be submitted in video form, of you doing the event with the entire 3DS showing, and your hands clearly visible, to prove that you are doing it legitimately.
EVIDENCE:
- The biggest piece of evidence is a video titled [M&S at London 2012 Olympics 3DS] If I don't finish first, the video ends! [Hard CPU level]
This shows up from the 0:35 mark to the 1:20 mark, where he is CLEARLY seen using this pause buffer trick. Nothing else to say.
2. Next are a couple of random videos I have selected, because most of them are like this: he doesn't show HOW he does it, but instead shows the results screen, which makes his attempts/records even more suspicious.
A way to prove me wrong, would be to do it live on camera, as stated before in how the proof system should be altered. Pretty simple.
3.
Now you may be asking, "How can this be utilized as evidence?"
Let me tell you, and thank you for asking. Throughout the entire video he shows why he can't play anymore, because his 3DS broke, but thats not my issue.
Take a look at his screen. Notice the problem? Why does it have a perfect O shape on it? This leads me to believe he is using another trick to get his record: easy-shape trick (just came up with it since I don't know the formal name). What this is, is creating a circle out of, lets say paper, and using said shape to make drawing circles better, easier, and faster, to give yourself an unfair advantage over others. It could also be he drew on it, but idk. I've seen players use this and it works really well for them, and helps them make a better record. For me, my screen has scratch marks and indentations that show I was spinning my stylus fast on screen, so it leaves a mark on the screensaver. But it doesn't look like that!
4. Lastly, he may also be a multiple account player. The evidence for this can be found in a later post I will do from my tablet, but basically, he has 3+ accounts he is using. How do I know this? Its very simple, all you have to do is look at the pictures, and ask, "Why does he have 2 positions named Remy and they are tied with each other?" And "why does this guy named Charly have 3 spots?" Glad you asked, and thats because he uses both of his, AND his brother Charly's account to give him better chances of getting the record without destroying the cartridge quickly. idk what that means actually, but to me, that is kinda unfair. And it is strongly backed up by this video:
Please see the title. "[M&S at London 2012 Olympics 3DS] NEW DOUBLE TRAP RECORD! [BY MY BROTHER CHARLY!!!] 1130pts! (42th!)"
By. My. Brother. Charly.
That he then took credit for before I caught on to this. Basically, I don't trust his records, because they can be from ANY ACCOUNT!
Conclusion:
Make of it what you will, but I think this strongly points to some suspicious activity happening on the Remy account. The fact that he even shows himself using the pause buffer trick to give himself an unfair advantage, using multiple in-game accounts, and taking credit for other players records, points to illegitimacy.
Now, this might be an argument, "If he can do it, that means everyone can/does." And yes, that may be true, but thats why I brought up the real-life Olympics. Because in real-life you get 1 try, and you cannot pause obviously. For us gamers we can always start over, but pausing should not be allowed.
The solution has already been stated: video proof with the ENTIRE 3DS showing, and your hands clearly visible (optional facecam). I think this would really help us establish who is really the best of the best. For now though, that is up to the higher ups to decide.
All in all this entire accusation has been derived from Zaxxa and I, who are currently competing to improve our records and prove we can do better than Remy. If anything Zaxxa will definitely comment under this forum to bring attention to it. But I would like to ask for input on how this should be handled. Thanks and have a great day!

As requested, here's my comment to help bring attention to this matter. Furthermore, I believe it is of at least some benefit to include what such video proof might look like. My recent Rhythmic Ribbon (Team) record, for which the live-streamed proof can be found at this link: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1116493617
It seems you didn't write to Remy_M&S_YT ...
He just logged in VGR today, but did not answered yet.
Well, so I did it for you, and invited him to answer here, in the next 15 days.
I will answer after, i'm waiting other members opinion and details about this game Mario & Sonic at the London Olympics (next time, don't forget the full name of the game, and its link, please).
Cartridges can become unreadable sometimes (although I don't know the reason, but I have had it happen to some of my other games). However, that isn't the point.
My question, is why does he have multiple records with his name on it in the leaderboards in-game, and why does his brother charly have multiple names as well? Not to mention, they mostly are tied with each other.
I'll create a separate video with that specific evidence so you can see what I mean.
Video:
Hey,
First I want to say that I definitely think that honesty comes first and that you think this is important.
I am now 16 years old, I have been playing this game since I was seven. Every time you switch 3ds your record will be there again. That happens to players all over the world, just look at some rankings, I can't do much about this. How is it possible that at some events I am in it 2 times and others 3? That is because I have broken some records again, especially my old records are often in it.
The fact of the pause button seems obvious to me. The first thing I did when using VGR was go through the list of all the rules. That list does not (yet) state that you are not allowed to use the pause button. So if that rule is changed, I'll be happy to play that gamemode in a different way. (By the way, anyone can use it, so is it fair?)
My brother also plays this game, he once set a double kick record for me of 1130 pt(s), I put that on my yt channel, the score was removed, I get that, I have a new score myself extracted from 1370 pt(s). I've been honest if I do say so myself. I might as well not have said in my yt video that that run my brother did it for me.
That print on my screen… I saw that the top score on VGR on 100m backstroke (from MWT 2.0) was 47.4, you can only achieve that with 100% average, that is humanly impossible so this is mutual.
Finally, I'd like to say that MWT 2.0's comment about multiple accounts makes no sense, once the game is made that way, I really can't help being in it more often than usual. Let that be clear.
If you guys ban me for these reasons it would be a real shame. Because then the people who play this know that there was someone who could have competed for the records.
I hope I've made a few things clear, I'll show more runs from now on that I'm improving my record or getting close to it.
Yours sincerely,
Remy
[I translated this from Dutch, hopefully there are not too many mistakes in it 😊]
Alright, then that makes sense on the multiple accounts being there. Unless you buy a different cartridge, then that makes sense.
And that would prove why you somehow get frame-perfect records like its nothing multiple times, again, if you buy a different cartridge.
Saying that me getting 100% average on backstroke, when there is clearly some other player better, is actually grasping at straws. Because it wasn't 100%. If it was, it would've been better than krystek. But, sure, I guess that makes me a cheater huh?
And no, I don't think you should be banned. However, my problem is pause abuse. There is a huge difference between pausing 2-3 times just to calm nerves or something, or you're sweating, or you need to wipe the screen, and so on.
But literally pausing 20+ times to get a frame perfect start on a 100m dash, defeats the purpose of earning the record legitimately. I am not saying the record didn't happen, but to me, its illegitimate in how it was done.
If you want an example of a full playthrough, you obviously know of the 149.9/150.0 run on my YT channel. And Zaxxa's incredible 109-combo Rhythmic Ribbon run set recently.
And fair enough, everyone can use it. So now, the game turns into how many players can be frame-perfect in every event to achieve the best points record possible, instead of playing one time through for each event. You obviously get to start over if you dont like your run, but pausing makes it easier to win. If you want, I've linked my Twitch below, so you can see said records get set live on stream, without pausing (unless I am just starting over). And Zaxxa has already provided his Twitch too.
https://www.twitch.tv/youtubemwt
Anyways, that is now the primary question: should pause abuse be allowed for this game and its records?
And if this question is answered, this transitions to how should the proof system be on this game: providing full videos, or keeping it at picture proof (I am assuming then it gets kept, since VGR says pause abuse is allowed).
Thanks for answering in the thread, appreciate the honesty.

As far as I know, no glitch and abuse are banned in the general rules of VGR and the case can only be made games by games in my opinion. I also don't see the issue with pausing the game 20-30 times to get a frame perfect sequence when you see it plenty of time in many legitimate speedrun, furthermore in a mashing sports game. We are in a record website not speedrun/full playthrough, this argument is absolutly irrelevant for a record of a specific level, people don't argue that it can't be done on a "live" or a full play of the game because everybody know that for making the absolute record on a certain level you just need to focus on it and practice again and again. Not like you try to make a marathon of all the level of the game. If I want to improve my record on Mute City Twist Road I run it again and again and again for hours, I don't do it one time every 25 tracks hoping to get a good score after racing all the other 24 tracks, it's make no sense, you can't progress like this. Even if you want to practice for live event or doing the all game in a run, you need to practive every tracks/level before doing it.
Yes that is absolutely true, I have enjoyed playing this for ten years, trying to get the most out of myself.
It may be that my brother also helps me, but that is absolutely not true. we both have a separate ds system and coincidentally he is also good at long jump because there is a certain move i discovered to jump over 10.1. We just play on different account, not different games, because we only have 1 game.
But what can we do to make everyone happy? I can try to film more runs as I say or more runs get close to my record, but for example in 100m freestyle, I have the world record of 46,115, but how would you ever cheat there, you literally just have to tap fast, but also not fast enough.
But if I and everyone else playing this game can show a few more runs where we can get the record or are close, then everyone can see if they think that way is legal, or if they can do it exactly the same way to do. Is that a option for us? Because I love this game and I want to play it more and more, ten years is a lot...
By the way, I saw your stream, I literally use pauze, in 2 events, so... I even didn't got the top 10 in the original games, Because by badminton everyone is using it, and by 100m too, but it has a fewer impact, I play this game for fun, AND FOR LIKE TEN YEARS OF TRYING, AND LIKE 500 HOURS OF PLAYING, my acount is once deleted, so now by my profile stead 282 hours, I can prove that!

You cannot just accuse someone of something
Watch this stream: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1117599081
This is pure hate, nonsense and whatever you can come up with
Here is my proof:
Hey guys, I have the solution, I love playing this game, I believe MWT 2.0 and Zaxxa are great guys to compete with!
Today I set a record on stream of 72pt(s) in badminton (no pause using), its the second try of that stream ;)
Hear you can see:
I will delete all my pause records and I will try to beat these records on stream without pause, so I can playing this game but now it's more fair, I will all of my records, beaten on stream or getting close to it! without pause of course, good idea?
The current events I was using pause were 100m dash, 1500m and badminton! If you want to see me doing an event if you think, how the hell he did that, you can ask me! :)
