Remy and the M&S London Olympics

You do not have to delete your records for now. What you are doing is using an exploit that, like it was said previously, is not currently against VGR rules. [Zimer] did the same in the super smash brawl series and I don't remember seeing a fuss over it. Of course you can still beat your own records without using the pause buffering. For the multiple accounts issue somebody else should check it but Remy seems pretty honest and willing to cooperate.
Maybe it would be interesting to see a new chart of records with(out) the exploit(s) but that would be for another topic.

Although I am not concerned and have no decision-making power, this subject concerns VGR and I want to express my opinion on the issue.
You refer here, the use of pause-buffering, allowing to make better scores because it affects the human reaction time to do certain manipulations. This is a real, true and effective fact. I still have a very small problem with this. If VGR decides to apply a rule prohibiting it on this game, then why not the others?
Flothaboss himself uses this practice on this console, and was voted Best DS Player! On some games, I personally used the "technical" one and I say it, and we are certainly not the only ones... As a reminder Flothaboss at a 100% proof rate and does not cheat. But pause-buffering is a practice that he uses "on certain games".
I also understand the frustration of players who try to beat scores and who do not use this manipulation and fail... But don't people who practice glitches do the same thing?
Why this game and why Remy only? This is just my opinion on "Pause-Buffering". That being said, MWT shares another point on its Subject, the multiple presence of an account on a score in the Leaderboards. Thank you all the same for taking the Leaderboards of the games themselves with caution, Remy explains here, that it is another DS system but the same game and that the Leaderboard puts the score online according to the console.
It shows us that it is indeed true and possible, to have several inputs on the scores using several systems, but there I still noticed something "weird" on this explanatory video and precisely at 7:20. Because when it comes to the same cartridge and another console, the online Nickname is identical and the score too. Several players in the game's Leaderboards prove it. But there, the presence of the same score and two different nicknames are present.

I do not know the game in more detail than that, but there is presence of several DS system, but also several games because Nicknames are sometimes different.
Okay, here's how the game works:
1. I play the game.
2. I upload a score from an event in the ranking.
3. at some point I have a few good scores in the ranking.
4. My 3DS breaks, so I buy a new 3DS.
5. I'm playing the game with my new 3DS.
6. I get 2 times in the rankings that I can't do anything about.
7. I change my name from remy to Remy because my name with a capital letter looks nicer.
8. only my newest submission in the ranking gets updated to Remy, the other one still remains remy (because that was simply uploaded on my old 3DS)
This is a problem at play, you may want to look it up or email the maker if you don't believe me, but that's how it works. Once your DS breaks and you play on a new one you just end up in the rankings twice. And if you change your nickname then it will only be updated on your new 3DS. this is just annoying. But I can't say anything more about this. It also happens to many other players. If you scroll through the rankings you will come across a lot of people who also have this. I also suffer from this because because some people are in it 2 or even 3 times, I am just outside some rankings.
All in all, this is a problem in the game itself. If you don't believe me, maybe I can make a detailed video about it showing the problem, or you can email the makers if it's really true, or look up information about the game, because I'm really telling the truth.
Hopefully this has provided some clarity. Sincerely,
Remy
