Is this for PAL or NTSC?

Hi again
I noticed that a few of the n64 games have a pal or ntsc record table, because of their different hertz values, so I'm just wondering weather this is a pal or ntsc table. All my times are for the pal version.

If there is not separated it, both versions are in same place. If you know there is major version differences, those should be separated.
N64HS have separated PAL and NTSC version, so there is very likely some difference...
