[OK] F1 2010 missing records

First off, thanks for the add.
Secondly - Best Lap Time needs to changing to \"Best Lap Time(Dry)\"
Third - \"Best Lap Time(Wet)\" needs adding, with the same records as Best Lap Time(Dry)

It was something brought up in the middle of the conversation, but I didn't edit my opening post for the game, so it was my fault. My apologies
