Is it possible to separate PAL and NTSC?
The NTSC version runs faster than the PAL version. For example, I make 1'14"00 on Monza with Human GP and 1'21"48 with an european F1 Pole Position. It's like F Zero X or Mario Kart 64.

I think this it's good but ask your question in problems for have an answer I think it's better :)
