That's got videos and all the advice you will need. The quickest legit way seems to be with Squirtle(although I prefer Bulbasaur and catching a water one myself). The quickest way overall is to catch Mew(this is the best example of manipulating the RNG which I've previously mentioned)
All in all, you can't go wrong with that site for strategies. Me, I need to get my copy to work
