About what I found on internet (Wikipédia), this is a free game, and you can custom it:

Most of GeneRally is customizable, It is not possible to change only the models of in-game objects and the layout of the user interface, which causes, that the GeneRally is deeply customizable by 3rd-party content. This possibility allows to the player to set the game precisely to their needs and interests.

So, I'm not sure this game can be added, because you can modify lot of settings like you want.
Can you confirm us that this custom game options affects and can modify the gameplay ?

Surely you can adjust the options to their perfection to give you the fastest time possible. But I don't see a problem here if everybody does that. So basically everybody is in the same line,if you know what I mean

Pick the best car and drive the best lap time. Simple as that :=)

we refused games because they were level / sandbox editors and this game looks a lot like that with the arrival of the unclassified option for games, community-made levels on known games will have their place on VGR such as mario maker levels or trackmania circuits It is necessary to remain on the game an official minimum and that there is a mode with rules identical to all so for the moment this game will not be on VGR
