I can't post new scores

Hello everyone,

I haven't logged in for a while, but I wanted to post some scores yesterday. However, I can't post new scores. I thought it might be because I didn't have enough proven scores. I tried to prove scores, but that doesn't work either: when I click on "submit", nothing happens. I even tried with small format photos to make sure it was okay, but that doesn't work either.

I don't think I'm banned. Can you help me? Thank you.

Hello, i confirm that you must have 3% of proven scores, so 66 actually. and you have just 9.

I will check if there is a bug on sending proof in your status. Do you have an error message ?

Thank you for your response. I've checked my private box, but there are no messages, and I haven't seen any error messages elsewhere on the site.

Perhaps a clarification might be useful, I cannot see the "post a score" button at all, nor even post multiple scores, as I could before.

Wild shot but could you try with a different browser ?

I've tried with different browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome), on two different computers as well as on my smartphone. Each time it's the same : the button to post a record doesn't appear and when I try to post a photo, it doesn't load.

I've also tried several photo formats (jpg, png) but nothing works.

Ok can you click on your score, you will see a proof form.

Here's what happens when I try to send a photo. When I click on Submit, the button stays orange and nothing happens. There is no loading or error message. I've tried with several browsers, various photo formats, and different photo sizes

This works for sending proof! I still don't see the button to post a new score, but it might be related to my low proof ratio. So, I'll post some photos and if it still doesn't work, I'll reach out again about this. Thank you very much.

To send (or edit) scores, it still doesn't seem to work. I do not see any button appearing. I have reached 3% of proofs. I will continue to send proofs, but I think there is a bug there too.

 

Just add some proofs and it will be good.
