You have to list all the records of the game, the plateform, and the title as in the example of the FAQ.

I think you've made a mistake at the group title (Time Trals). But I think it is good. You have just to wait that a game adder check if all is good.

would the DS and PS2 versions be on the same charts? From my experience, most racing games are pretty different from a handheld to a console version. They should probably be separated based on that, with two different groups of charts.

I can only say that there are more characters and the graphics are a little better. I can not tell you any more because I've never tried the PS2 version .... But all the records that I mentioned are all from the DS version :)
