I asked TigrN who proposed the game, because I do not know if the game is the same depending on the consoles for the title of the records, it can always be corrected

The differences seem to be post-game content and renamed items that don't affect the record.

I play on DS (the PAL region only got the DS version), but I can confirm that the jetbike race is identical in the three versions.
