Chuck Rock (Sega CD)

We currently have Chuck Rock on Amiga / Genesis / SNES grouped together and on SMS alone.
The Sega CD is different than the Genesis/Megadrive version as it contains more levels. This game should be added as a separate entry.
IDK if we have a separate platform for Sega CD game but if we don't, even though it's a console addon I highly suggest making one.

I also highly suggest to force video proofing on the Amiga/Genesis/SNES group as it's impossible to distinguish the Genesis and Sega CD version with pictures alone.

I agree:
- Sega CD/Mega CD system should be created. Game and designer admins will take care of it.
- "Video proof only" rule should be applied in the Amiga/Genesis/SNES version. Done.
