Where are the two other level ?
I don't really understand the question sorry... Like I said above, the final and full version of the game (which I want to add here) came just out on CD-ROM on 31st December 2010. It has all 5 levels, all 3 difficulty modes and all 3 ships (2 + a secret one). The demo came out I think one year ago, I don't want to add it here. It just had 3 levels, 2 difficulty modes and 1 ship. Several other changes were made for the final version as well (adding another scoring mechanic etc.).
This is an independently developed and published game from Japan. I don't believe these are allowed on VGR, but we should wait for an admin.

Why are such games not allowed? I didn't know about that.

We add only the final version of the game on VGR :
you talking about five levels into the final version but your suggestion contains only three levels so :

Ah now I understand you.
Simple, Original and Unlimited are the difficulty modes. Type I, II and Z are the ships you can play as, not the levels. There are seperate score tables for every difficulty and ship, so you get these 3x3 records.
There are no scores for individual levels, you just play whole runs throughout all the (5) stages (if you get that far) like in any Arcade shoot 'em up.
