Here the game doesn't exist on consoles on VGR 'cause this game is on arcade, so the only console which have this game is the Wii. Dn't specify Virtual Console, just say "Wii (WiiWare)" at the name of the platform, say "WiiWare" because the game is exclusively on it. Thanks for understanding.
