Hello. I was looking through the MKSC rankings, just to see if there were any people lying about their 3lap/5lap records and I found a few who I know have false times.

I'm not allowed to go into the specifics of it, but the framerate of MKSC makes certain digits impossible to achieve under any circumstances, no exceptions for 3lap and 5lap records. I will be requesting proof for all times that I see that are impossible, because I know that none can be given and the time will be removed. I am just curious if I am allowed to request proof for many records at once (this will probably be around 10-20 requests at least).

Just trying to help keep the site as clean as possible. ok

Currently the site rules say:

"To avoid spamming, you can only ask five proofs a day."

I'm not sure if the site limits you when you try to ask for a 6th in a day or not, but since I know of the problem (and how it's been resolved on the Player's Page) I can accept all of your requests for you quickly to move the process along faster if the limit does exist.

If it concerns high ranked scores you can ask for a proof.

If there are weaker scores you could start with a PM, it may only be mistakes (or send a list of the records to investigate on to a moderator, who will send these PM).

The thing is there are a couple of players with a large number of impossible times, so it's extremely unlikely that they're mistakes and are probably just made up times. What I would suggest would be to request a time scroll video from these players that shows their Time Trial records. If they can't fulfill this request, then I would suggest that all the player's MKSC records be deleted.

This can be totally off-topic but I would like to point out that your SMB3 (GBA) times are impossible to do on GBS, because it's impossible to press left and right at same time :/

When i was putting in requests recently it was only 3 per day, and yeah the site stops you on the 4th

My GBA has a worn-down nub on the D-pad, making the ability to press left and right at the same time possible. I have a video of me doing it live, if you'd like it.

So, did you send the proof requests or a list of players to a moderator ?

And concerning your SMB3 scores, I absolutely don't know how to translate "worn-down nub on the D-pad", but if it means your GBA is modified (by your will or not) compared to a normal one then it is not allowed on VGR.
