Colin McRae Rally

So the original Colin McRae Rally game that is on here has only one platform which is PlayStation however there was a PC release for the game and I think that should be added under the platform for the game as it is exactly the same as the PS1 version with one or two extra cars added in there.
Can the PC platform be added to the game?
The extra cars can only be unlocked via cheat codes for the PC version however they aren't as quick as the other cars that can be unlocked normally. They can only be used when the Expert difficulty is chosen as the difficulty setting for the game, they don't change anything in the game other than to be used by the player on all the tracks.
Why not, but I think we need more details to take a decision.
I'm dubitative with this ask, or more particularly with the asker.
Because I'm now writing a Cheater's ? topic about thebpg13, and notably with a problem in another game's version (V-Rally 2 Championship Edition, on Playstation only).
For Colin McRae Rally, note that you can find another similar request on the game forum, that thebpg13 probably did not read. This was not reconsidered since 2015, probably because made in the game forum, rather than in Modifications & Corrections (which is the right place for this, as well done by thebpg13).
The important details that need to be specified are:
- What type of other extra cars can be unlocked only on PC version ?
and to compare, what kind of extra cars are unlockable on PlayStation (I know this, but I want you to name them, please) ? - Why can you say that PC extra cars are slower, do you have technical comparisions ?
- Do you own both PC and PlayStation versions ?
Sorry for the long reply, notifications regarding myself don't come through nor do I check this site all the time.
1) Bonus cars on the PC version that can be unlocked via cheats are the: Millennium 4 Rallye and Toyota Celica GT-4. As for the bonus unlockable cars that can be attained on the PlayStation version they are as follows:
- Ford Escort MkII
- Ford RS200
- Lancia Delta Integrale
- Audi Quattro
2) I've done runs with them in the past on various stages and found them to not be nearly as quick as the Ford RS200 or the Audi Quattro.
3) Yes I own both versions of the game.
