[Add] Pokemon Magikarp Jump

The Latest update added two new leagues to both versions (iOS and Android) of the game. They should be added to this [url=http://www.video-games-records.com/pokemon-magikarp-jump-league-winner-magikarp-generation-winning-jump-groupe-g18539.html]record group[/url]: 9. Elite Four League 10. Master League both of these are the same type of records as the others in the same group.
