The Costs of Coins are different, the use of Super Ball costs alot more (3500) and there some other changes in Pokemon HP (of the Normal stages i'v heard) The costs of the Items are different and i read there are some Stages need 2 Life per try. The most thing i hear about the Mobile Version is: don't play it if you have a 3DS. Many ppl complain, that the Mobile Version have stronger focus on pay 2 win, but i can't confirm this.

If you mean The Mobile Game in General, Yes. Kyogre is an example of one that costs 2 Lives to try. It is also 3500 per Great Ball, but It does have something that I have not seen in the 3DS Version, "Super Catch Power" where it Gives more than Double Chance to catch a Pokemon if you use a Great Ball. I haven't seen anything consistent with the Amount it gives you... This is From the Android Version. I don't know if the iOS Version is the same or has Differences. In the Android, it gives hints that the iOS Version has a bit more expensive things. I Don't know in what ways...

That page has the information for the 3DS version only, so that means that the Mobile Versions are up to date along with the 3DS version. So We can expect the Mobile Version to also have the Same Levels that the 3DS version has at the moment?
