R4: Ridge Racer Type 4 includes a bonus disc containing a new version of the original Ridge Racer, called Ridge Racer Turbo (known in Europe as Ridge Racer Hi-Spec Demo). This game runs at 60 frames per second with Gouraud shading utilised on the car models, as seen in R4. It only features the beginner mode version of the track.

I'm not sure this game qualifies to be on VGR?

If it's a demo, then I think this game doesn't have his place on VGR.

True, on my CD is \"demo\" on it, but my opinion is that it is a stand-alone game based on RR1.
-The control system has been improved.
-The bonus cars unlockable after the first four races.
-There is unlockable 1 bonus car more than in RR1.
-For each route has its own personal best list.
-The game is stored.

Es stimmt zwar, auf meiner CD steht \"Demo\" drauf, aber Meine meinung ist, dass es sich um ein eigenständiges Spiel auf der Basis von RR1 handelt.
-Die Steuerung wurde verbessert.
-Die Bonus Autos werden nach den ersten 4 Rennen freigeschalltet.
-Es ist noch ein weiter Bonus Wagen mehr freispielbar als in RR1.
-Für jede Strecke gibt es eine eigene Bestzeit Liste.
-Das Spiel ist speicherbar

well it's more an demo or bonus that a game. The game Ridge Racer Turbo never released in stores.
