Are we only allowed 99 rings to be the max in all the levels for Sonic and Tails, or can it be a little more?

No, now we are only aload to get 99 rings, to be the max, in all the levels (and fore Tails & Sonic)

I noticed in most of the levels that the ring amounts are over 99. Could this be fixed?

Every rings score over 99 will modified the 1st February .
