[TODO] Team Platinum Medals

We have a full medal ranking for each game - http://www.vgr-fr.com/Grand-Theft-Auto-V-jeu-medal-ranking-j3910.html for example - but it only includes individual platinums. It would be nice, since the site has an overall team medal list, that we had one for each game too

Yes. I have been wanting this for a long time. Team Platinums on Each Game should also be shown in the "Games" Tab on Each Team Page.
