Edit 3: My Thumb Hurts... 99,999 is also not the Max... I quit.
Though, before I edited this comment, I checked the Training Mode Character screen to see the Number it registered and even though I stopped at like 103,452 in-mode, the Record saved as 37,916... Is this the Max?
It seems very likely that the max score is 65535, which corresponds to the max value for an unsigned integer stored on 16 bits.
This is confirmed by the fact that :
103452 % (2 ** 16) == 37916
Which means that the combo score overflows once you reach 65536. Stop your combo at 65535 and you'll have the perfect score.
That actually makes a lot of sense. I can't believe I didn't think of this, but that would explain my other scores that were both well over 100,000 in-mode, but one of them ended up around 25,000 saved and the other made around 38,000.
If I understand it correctly:
If I make a combo of 65535, it will get saved as 65535...
If I make a combo of 65536, it will get saved as 0 (Assuming that I didn't already have a record higher than 0)
I would think that it would not overwrite it, right?

No, 65535 will be saved as --- and doing next a combo of 65534 or lower won't replace ---.
Just watch my latest video to understand.

To be honest, I tested with Mewtwo two days ago. I tried in several ways, without controlling the character, to make combos with the pungent ball as on the video to Zimer. But, it still makes me a red score and the combo in red ends with 6 combos. I put the computer at 999%.
Frankly, I do not know how to do it better and it matters. It just does not work with Mewtwo. I test Mario, it does not work anymore. None of the astcues you both mention work for me.
With Kibry, I make 2,052 combos on Hyrule Temple. I place a small character, like Pichu, on the bottom platform and hold the A until Kirby falls into his neutral A action.

No way! I just saw your video. So that means I am the one that has the MAX then. A few days ago, I got exactly 65534 with Little Mac. I tried to stop it at 65535, but failed. I was a bit upset, but with this info of yours, this means that I have the highest score that can be saved by the game.
Based on what you said:
If you make a combo of 65535, the game saves it as ---
If you make a combo of 65536, the game saves it as 0?
If you first make a combo of 65535 and then try to make anywhere from 0-65534, it won't change it.
I think to change it from ---, you would have to make higher than 65535.
So you may just have to make double the score... to get the Max of 65534 for Isabelle, you would need to get a combo of exactly 131,070 which would save as 65534, overwriting ---
Now, I am wondering if this applies to my scores that overflowed... Like my Fox Score. I made 103,452 but it saved as 37,916... Does that mean I have to make higher than 103,452 for it to save?
I'm going to test it out now.

It's without item too. But, what is the environment hazard?
Dark Eon Master: This Training Mode does'nt nothing sense.
If you see my first video of SSBU, I'm using a spike in left side of Palutena's stage to increase combo. Spikes, lava or any thing that stage hurt you is called enviroment hazard. That will provoke red combo too.

Ok. Let me try to explain it to you. You cannot use any items. You cannot use any stage hazard (a part of a stage that does damage).
The only way for you to make a record that can be saved is by using your own character using any of that character's moves against the CPU character. The combo has to be one where the CPU couldn't escape from.
With these rules, you can try to come up with ideas of a few characters that have "infinites" in Training Mode. I found one that has to do with Rapid Jabs, where you put the opponent at 0% and make their damaged "Fixed" where it stays at 0%. Then I rapid Jab them on a ledge, with my character's back to a wall so I don't get pushed back. Doing it the other way makes you fall off the ledge and do a Neutral Aerial (N-air) which is something you don't want.
I hope this helps you.

I do not understand very well. When you hit the opponent, he suffers damage and not the other way around. How an opponent can not take damage when he gets hit.
Maybe I can create an arena (if possible) with a platform square and insert the computer in 999% and give shots, Smash Bas of ROB for example, until reaching the maximum score. I did it for many of the characters on Brawl.

There is a new option in this game's Training Mode where you can set the opponents to "Fixed" damage and they won't gain any additional percentage when they get hit. With this, you can do infinites that would normally not be possible because of the increase in percentage making them get knockback farther away each hit, but with this Fixed damage, they get hit the same way forever. All you would then need is a wall (and a platform for rapid jabs) to start an infinite.

Sadly, there is no Stage Builder in Smash Ultimate. The good thing is that there are over 100 stages to choose from and some do have walls that you can use to get a good combo and even the max.
