Legendary member 2019 [Suggestions]

This is the topic where you can suggest the member who has shocked VGR in 2019 and should be the legend of the year. I'll add the member to the list if he has really marked VGR (positively) and if he has a chance to versus with others in order to avoid that a member less deserving is chosen.

Basile has already been legendary member. He can't be one again.

For me, the legendary member of 2019 is quar.

He came the 03rd July 2019, and he has all top 100 and nearly all top 50 ! He has also a percent of proof at 57%. It's clearly the player who has really marked VGR this year. Congratulations.

I don't see how a member who is brand new could be legendary.
I suggest Lucario who has always been dedicated to being the  best on every games he played, has reach high position in every top and every kind of ranking that people created, he's been the first at 1,000,000 pts on a single game, he deserves to be there since a long time.
8th in general leader board, 2nd in proof.
He's also a very kind player who his always willing to offer advice on how to do a record.

I'll chose PMniac.

Edit: I wish I could nominate 3 members, and they would be Zimer, KingBoo and Bradon D.

Since I can only select 1, I'll pick Zimer for his strong records :D

There are many members who I thought about who are already suggested, but there is one person who I think deserves a chance that hasn't been suggested yet, so I will suggest him:

Yuri

He is in the Top 5 Most posted records of 2019, and he led his team to great heights, including a feat of dethroning °°The BlackFire°° from 1st Place on Team Cups. Though this alone is good, the thing that deserves even more recognition is the work he put in for the VGR Team as a Games and Proofs Admin. He quickly adds games (no matter how big) and does a lot of work for the site since his admittance to the team, Especially in the year of 2019.
In my opinion, he deserves a shot at being Legendary Member of 2019.

Comme chaque année, je considère que le Membre Légendaire VGR doit être choisi en fonction de tout son passé sur VGR, et pas uniquement de l’année passée !

- Flothaboss (nommé en 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014), ancien leader du classement Z , il conserve 100% de scores prouvés, vainqueur du tournoi VGR N°2

Mais, comme l’année dernière, j’ajouterai donc finalement un « ancien »  que j’avais déjà repéré dès mon arrivée sur VGR : shrouwehkuggah

I'm suggesting ThePandaEmperor, this year, for his amazing scores and achievements on many games. Moreover, he beats me on many games I love and spend time on it, and he prooves every score he made. He is also a great competitor on the VGR tournaments.

He is a great player to follow, and I'm really looking forward to see more of his scores this year!
