Trackmania Nations

The bonus tracks in Trackmania Nations should be renamed to how they are actually called in the game. Can be seen in my pictures, for example here:

So \"A-0\" should be called \"Bonus A-0\", \"A-1\" should be \"Bonus A-1\" and so on.

This would also be better to distinguish it from the regular A-# and B-# tracks.
