[Split] WipEout - Separate Saturn from PS/PC versions

The Saturn version should be split from the PS1/PC versions as it is significantly different.

The frame rate is lower (20fps vs 30fps), the ships move faster, and handling is also different. The lap times are not comparable.

All the content is the same, so exact same records table layout as currently.

Can you make a list of who played on which versions ? I don't know if you can have these informations with the pictures. If there are some people you don't know what version they used, I'll PM them.

It is safe to assume that everyone here has listed records on the Playstation format, I have checked each person and all available proof pictures have the Playstation button icons. The records without pictures have times that are very consistent with those with, so very likely Playstation also. All the current records stay in the PS/PC category. The Saturn records table will be empty.

So I just a create a new game and don't move any record. Thank you for your help !
