Hi, I'm Zimer a veteran player that play exclusively for records.

I was talking with some users about of my return and after of months speaking with them I received by an admin the permission to return to VGR.

PS: I apologyze for all problems and confusions caused.

I do hope that you will do your best to prove you are playing legit and fairly this time. Most disputes of the past were big misunderstandings that probably could of been avoided if you were a bit more open to discussion. If you ever need anyone to help translate, or need someone to help communicate your side of the story, don't hesitate to ask.

Would you confirm it publicly please.
If it's right he's legit here, the rest will be without me; if it's wrong, please erase this new account of "the best cheater of all VGR's history".

Cheater one day, cheater always. I understand that we can have empathy for people, but I still feel bad come back. It is a player who copies games illegally that does not exist. It should already be enough so that he does not come back. I'm not sure Cyberscore would do that.

I respect your choice to let Zimer come back here, but it's still a big mistake.

and how you will check it, if a score is legit? Zimer was able to fake scores even with Proofs.

And it's not the first time he Comes back. I would say, Video Proof only and always proof seeing he play an original Game and not just a rom.

Sending and aprove 500 score... and then? Can he just run arround and cheat again? Sry, but i also say this is a bad idea. Why you want Zimer back in the first place? Twice? How often he can come back?

I will NOT aprove any of his scores until we know 100% how he got them. Some max scores? Grinding place should be visible. Every singe score of him should have a "how you did it" question WITH an answer of him without weeks later.

I say you the truth: it makes me angry that he's back. Why? His faking scores affects my scores as well in the past and if he try to atk one of my scores, i will see a 100% video from the beginning till the end how he beat me, so he should not try to beat a score that takes hours.

If he stays here with just picture proof and everything gets aprooved without any questions, then im leaving vgr. And yes im serious about this. He's still banned on CS for REASONS! (and he is 2x times there, "Zimer" and "DarkZimer" both banned)

1st, zimer has post 650 scores, and now if one score has doubt, as you say we will ask for a video proof of him whi playing the game aproching the score.

He will nt post other score until he has the approbation of VGR Community

And I agree with Undead, picture proofs can't be enough for someone with multiple bans.

Zimer made lot of cheats in the past, and played with non official games. He was banned a long period for that.
Now he's back and apologized for the problems he caused, and the time spent by admins to study his difficult case.
I think he already knows how much it is important to respect the rules here, and that the VGR community will survey him a lot.

For Zimer, the best way to avoid problems is to show videos of his records, and to answer to discussions in the forum each time it is necessary, with lot of details.
I think he should first provide some pictures of his collection (games+systems), with personal proofs of his identity.
Whatever the VGR decision is, he must now make more efforts to be legit...

I hope that perhaps my opinion here can be of some use.

In early 2017 I made the same decision as magicbart has: to give Zimer another chance under the very heavy supervision and strict proofing guidelines. Zimer is similarly considered on Cyberscore to here. Many people accused him of cheats within a week and he was forced to provide proof of MANY scores.

I won't make any judgment on this decision or provide any advice, just know that I think that magicbart is doing the right thing by allowing Zimer a chance to redeem himself. Zimer ended up being banned from Cyberscore again a few months later due to multiple instances of rule-breaking afterward. Hopefully, he can avoid that here.

With the past that as Zimer here, I think we should ask him to proof every score where he is 1st (I know it means every single of them, but it's his choice to submit only 1st place) with a video showing the score from the beginning to the end (at least for platinum medals). I know it's annoying for him, but I think we should be really careful with that. SHNGHN explained me in PM that he didn't want his scores to be seen next to Zimer name. He sent me this video saying me that this looks strange (to be honnest, I'm very bad at this game and I don't really understand what is happening. If someone understand something, feel free to explain ).

PS : I understand the fact that you decided to give Zimer an other chance on the site, but is it possible to control the amount of score he's sending to the website until we're sure his scores are 100% legit ? He posted nearly 1000 scores in a week, and be sure that his proofs can be accept take a lot of time ! Furthermore, the tournament begins in 2 weeks and it would be a shame that the fact that Zimer is back causes problems in it.

So stop him for posting more until we know his scores are 100% legit. Otherwise we will not come to actually check his scores.

You are right to ask for a check of all records if they are 100% legitimate Undead. All that Zimer does is spammer a multitude of scores that we are not 100% sure it is legitimate.

If we want a player who has been banned to return to VGR in a parmenante way, we should seriously check all his records and block access to post records for a while to check everything. If it continues, we will end up checking 5,000 records in one month for the same player. The player does not care about our words. It makes us say that we are not a serious site.

no your not alone with this. If i can, i would delete Zimer instand, just for the fact that we had SOOO MUCH Trouble with him more then once.

And for the fact that magicbart want to give him a Chance AGAIN, Zimers Overflow of posting scores just Shows me, that he actually do not care much what happen if we say: goodby again, FOREVER.

i think the final decision is on your side, but you see that many ppl don't want him back. If you want to risk that some ppl like me or yicestmoi leave vgr, then go on. But you should know that in that Moment you decided that he can come back, that we do not trust him anymore.

actually i don't care if Zimers scores legit or not, because i do not accept any of his scores (exept this Video, IF he do a legit Video that Shows 100% he Play the original game)

Are you serious? Many scores (including this) were common in wii-records and yes, it took me a lot of tries.

Magibart allowed me to post max 1000 scores.

Yicetsmoi do that, if he do, I can too. I told Haruhi how this work. If you stopped to play at 9999, I can say you that it was a mistake, I did that too in the past.

In this reference, you can see that I don't eat any fruit since ruins the score, if you do that, you get 9999. In this one, you can use it just to compare A000 and 9999.

Yes Zimer and it will took you MORE tries because every of your scores is on a Point that you MUST Video proof it.

And im totally serious about this. Think about how you fool everyone in the past and hide extremly your strats of some "impossible" scores like in Yoshi Story.

I saw the video and I see nothing wrong. SHNGHN is a good player on this game too, so I wonder why he thinks it looks strange? The Magnet Hands in this game are big (Being pretty far away, Bowser can grab the ledge). Also, Bowser has a trick to his Up B, You must not mash B until halfway into the Up B to get the most rise. Another thing that he might have thought is weird is Zelda Forward throwing Bowser. That is normal as Zelda (Even as Giant) has a bad Forward throw. Add that to Bowser being Super Heavy and he won't die that quickly even at that percent (70%).

Maybe he is talking about the way he recorded the video?

If a player find a trick or something, the player has the right to share it or not. I'm not going to record every score, but however there is a video of that score that is common. There were really amazing scores in wii-records (many pleople have the score). Ye Gems is possible with one throw.

Impossible for these reasons:
- Long video
- Limited equipement
- I must do any video carefully without being interrupted or caught by my family.
