IT's not commultative as djon said, but you can split for every world and every DLC, because different techiniques are requires on different levels from different worlds.

Scroll down and click on 'Find out about add-on content here!' This is from the UK because it shows in English, not sure if it's available in other countries yet, I also took a look at the French site, but it works different. Let us know ;) Remaining Time [b]7.
