[Questions] Pokémon Yellow

Hey, this thread is for post here your questions, only about this version of the game.

Question
Some years ago I saw a glitch on youtube, how to put Surf on Pikachu, but then i forgot how to do it, because i never did xD
I would like to know how to do it to play the secret minigame, that lot guys here played :(

N64 + Pokemon Stadium +  transfer pak
and Pokemon Yellow + Pikachu

But there was a glitch. I think i needed to have a pokemon with surf in your party, and do something on Pokemon center.

I'll post my question here since Pokémon Yellow seems to have no dedicated forum.

Where can I see my time for this record ?
Can't find it in the game.

Je n'ai pas eu occasion de jouer au Pokémon Jaune, mais il me semble que sur Pokémon Rouge/Bleu on peut voir ce temps uniquement lorsqu'on a battu la première fois la Ligue.

You can check it when you beat Elite 4. If you already beated Elite four I think you can see it on the trainer card or on the PC Hall of Fame

There's nothing on my trainer card, and the hall of fame on PC only shows my "famous" Pokémon :/

If I defeat Elite 4 again, I'm afraid it will only show me my current time.
