Super Mario All-Stars for SNES and Wii should be merged into one game.

NTFS and PAL have an impact on the 3DS, WII and WiiU versions?
and in which version, can we make savestates and, or backtracking? 3DS and WiiU?

For Wii the impacts are the same than original games, VC for 3DS, I do not know, but every VC game for WiiU is only in NTSC.
